1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of PipePing, a service operated by PipePingApp that automatically texts customers back when a call to your business goes unanswered. By signing up, you agree to these terms.
2. Who Can Use PipePing
You must be an authorized representative of the business you're signing up on behalf of, and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. The Service
PipePing monitors your designated business phone line and, when a call goes unanswered, sends an automated text message to the caller from your PipePing number. Replies are delivered to you so you can follow up.
4. Subscription & Billing
PipePing is $5 for your first month, then $39/month, or $360/year if billed annually. There is no setup fee. You may cancel at any time from your account; your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to text the phone numbers that contact your business line, and for using PipePing in compliance with applicable law, including telemarketing and messaging regulations (such as the TCPA). You may not use PipePing to send unsolicited marketing messages, spam, or anything illegal or deceptive.
6. Service Availability
PipePing depends on third-party telecom carriers and infrastructure (including Twilio). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party carriers.
7. Limitation of Liability
PipePing is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipePingApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost leads, arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PipePing after changes means you accept the updated terms.
