How you consent to receive messages

If you call a business that uses PipePing and your call goes unanswered, PipePing sends you one automated text message asking about your call. By calling that business's phone number, you are consenting to receive this message. Message frequency is limited to one message per missed call, plus any messages exchanged if you reply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

By using PipePing, you confirm that you have the right to send automated text messages to customers who call your business phone line, and that those customers have not opted out of receiving such messages.

Program Description

When a call to your business goes unanswered, PipePing sends an automated SMS to the caller on your behalf, letting them know you missed their call and asking how you can help. Message frequency varies depending on your call volume.
